If you have never tried cottage cheese casserole with plums, it's time to catch up! This is a rather rare and unusual, but very tasty combination that will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Plums - 10-12 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and add it to the same place.
Add semolina, baking powder and sour cream, and mix everything until smooth. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Put the curd mass in a baking dish. Spread out the halves or slices of plums on top.
If desired, sprinkle with sugar and cook the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
