If you serve a beautiful turkey roll on the table, everyone will be delighted. No one can resist trying at least a piece. Stuff the roll with fried mushrooms and cheese. Rosemary, berries or fruits can be used for decoration.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 1 kg
- Champignons - 300 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it thoroughly and cut it into plates.
Wrap them in plastic wrap and lightly beat them off with a hammer.
Sprinkle with ground pepper, salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
Chop the champignons and peeled onions. Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Melt half of the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add the champignons and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the prepared meat on a board, evenly distribute the cheese and fried mushrooms.
Roll up a loose roll and fix it with a thread.
Bake the roll for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. Periodically remove it from the oven and lubricate with butter.
