Be sure to add this recipe to your vegetarian menu. Rice should first be boiled or poured with boiling water, as I did. If there is not enough oil, add a little more, but in no case overdo it!
Ingredients
- Fig - 350 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Mushroom broth - 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour in warm water.
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Activate the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
Pour in the champignons and continue frying until all the moisture evaporates.
Add rice, spices and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the hot broth, add salt and close the lid of the slow cooker.
Turn on the Pilaf program for 30 minutes.
