An easy way to diversify the usual chicken cutlets is to replace wheat flour with corn flour. And for breading, I suggest taking cornflakes. They can be conveniently crushed, folded into a bag and rolled with a rolling pin.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Corn flour - 2 art.l.
- Cornflakes (shredded) – 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onion, chili and garlic in a blender.
Mix with minced meat, season, add egg and corn flour.
Form small cutlets, roll in flakes and fry in a frying pan on both sides until browned.
