- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the chicken through a meat grinder with onion and garlic.
Finely chop or chop the spinach in a blender.
Mix everything, add spices with egg and flour, and knead the minced meat again.
Form small cutlets and put them on parchment.
Bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees, and turn them over once in the middle of the process.
