- Turkey - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece

- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey and cut into small pieces.
Peel onion and bell pepper, chop.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the turkey for 10 minutes.
Add carrots, onions, ground pepper and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and crushed garlic cloves with a knife blade.
Add bulgur, hot water, salt and activate the "Cereals" mode for 30 minutes. After the beep, do not open the lid for 15 minutes.
