Fried potatoes are a popular dish from which many begin their culinary journey. Today I propose to cook it in a rustic way with fragrant rosemary. And to make the taste more interesting - I use two types of oil.

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into slices.
Add corn oil, salt and ground pepper.
Lightly rub the rosemary sprigs with your fingers, tear them into small pieces and add them to the potatoes.
Stir, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry for 20-25 minutes. Cook without a lid, stirring gently every 3-5 minutes.
