Traditional Georgian sauce is made from green cherry plum. In the process of culinary experiments, a recipe for cherry tkemali appeared. Sour berry perfectly copes with the role assigned to it. Be sure to try cooking!
Ingredients
- Cherry - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - half-string
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherries and fill them with salt water for 20 minutes.
Remove the seeds, place the berries in the blender bowl.
Add peeled garlic cloves, hot pepper, spices and salt. Grind until smooth.
Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan and boil over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add vinegar, mix and pour into clean, dry jars. Roll it up and leave it warm for a day.
