The classic dressing for chuka is nut sauce. But I don't really like store-bought blanks. The taste is not the same, and the composition is questionable. Fortunately, this is not a problem at all, because such a sauce is easier to prepare yourself.
Ingredients
- Peanuts (fried) – 100 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Water - 65 ml
- Lemon juice - 2.5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 9 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the peanuts in a blender. Add salt to taste.
Add all the other ingredients.
Whisk the sauce until smooth.
