Usually people are divided into lovers of fragrant prunes and its opponents. If you belong to the first group, try the recipe for prune sauce. It should be served with meat, sausages, sausages and meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Prunes (without a bone) – 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greenery - a couple of twigs
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 700 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the prunes with boiling water, put them in a saucepan and pour water for 8-10 hours.

Boil the prunes in the same water. 10-15 minutes on low heat is enough.

Add spices, sugar, salt and grind with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add the chopped herbs and garlic, mix well.
