One of the most original sauces that I often cook is sesame-nut. At first glance, it seems very unusual. But at the same time it is very versatile and suitable for many dishes, especially Asian or Oriental.
Ingredients
- Sesame - 50 g
- Cashews - 100 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 50 ml
- Cumin - 0.5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 pinch
- Cardamom (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly fry the sesame seeds and cashews in a dry frying pan.
Chop them in a blender.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
