Chop the hot pepper together with the seeds and put it in the bowl of a blender.
Add salt, vinegar and grind until smooth.
Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan with a thick bottom and boil for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cool and pour into the prepared container. Close it tightly and store it in a dark, cool place. You can try tabasco sauce in 3 days.
