Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Ham - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Broccoli - 140 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the broccoli in a blender or finely chop it.
Beat the eggs, add broccoli to them and fry the omelet.
Unwrap and chop the turkey breast, sprinkle with spices.
Put the ham on top, and an omelet on it. Roll up a tight roll and wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
