We used to bake fish with lemon or pour lemon juice over it. This has long been considered a classic solution. But what if you don't like it? I propose to decisively replace citrus, and try to cook mackerel in foil with fresh and juicy oranges!

Gut the mackerel, rinse and rub with oil and spices.
Chop garlic, herbs and one sprig of rosemary, add a couple of slices of orange and stuff the fish.
Put a couple of orange circles and the remaining sprig of rosemary on top.
Wrap everything tightly in foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
