Another interesting recipe for a healthy omelet. It is prepared in stages: egg mixture and broccoli are laid out in parts. Thanks to this, the dish is obtained with a layer. According to the same principle, you can cook omelets with different fillings.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Milk - 150 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Put the broccoli in a colander and cool.
Mix eggs with ground pepper, salt and milk.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, using a silicone brush, lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil.
Put half of the egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Lay out the boiled broccoli and pour over the remaining egg preparation.
Close the lid and turn on the Baking program for 15 minutes.
