Potato casserole of grated potatoes with minced meat

Potato casserole can be prepared in different ways. From mashed potatoes, pieces or grated potatoes. It is the latter option that I offer you this time. In addition, add some minced meat, herbs and grated cheese. It will be delicious!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Cheese - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and drain the liquid.
Grate the cheese, set aside a handful, and send the rest to the potatoes.
Add 2 eggs, spices, herbs to the same place and mix.
Put half of the potato mass into the mold.
Chop onion with garlic and mix with minced meat. Put it on the potatoes.
Put the remaining potatoes on top, smear with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 190 degrees.
