Poultry meat is very harmoniously combined with dried fruits. And this applies not only to prunes. For example, in this recipe I use dried apricots – it turns out no worse. Especially this turkey roll is liked by children. And it looks more than decent on the festive table.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 600 g
- Dried apricots - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the turkey breast and chop it off.
Soak the dried apricots for 5 minutes, dry them and put them on the breast.
Roll up a tight roll, sprinkle it with oil and rub with spices.
Bake the turkey in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
