Pink salmon is often undeservedly underestimated, but it is also a red fish. No wonder in the West it is called pink salmon. Pink salmon can be baked in slices, steaks, fillets or even whole. It is about the latter option that I want to tell you today. Pay particular attention to the cooking time.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly clean the pink salmon and cut off the head.
Rub the fish with oil and spices, and put lemon slices and rosemary in the belly.
Wrap the pink salmon tightly in foil and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
