Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 7 teeth
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the ribs with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Cut the garlic into plates and cover the ribs on all sides.
Put a sprig of rosemary on top and wrap everything in foil.
Bake the ribs in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees and open the foil 20 minutes before the end.
