Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for a classic risotto with mushrooms and chicken. The household will appreciate the tender chicken, spicy rice and fragrant mushrooms. Just a few actions and you will feel the taste of Italy at home.
Ingredients
- Fig - 150 g
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Chicken broth - 800 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l
- Wine (white) – 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mushrooms, dry them on a paper towel and cut them as you like. Fry them in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown. Add a little salt and set aside.
Cut the onion into small cubes and send it to the frying pan. Fry until golden brown.
Finely chop the chicken into cubes and add to the onion. Fry until golden brown. When the chicken is browned, pour in the wine. As soon as the wine evaporates, add rice and butter. Mix well and wait for the rice to absorb the oil.
Pour in the broth in parts, mix. When you see that the rice is almost ready, add the last broth, add salt and spices to taste. Add the mushrooms, mix well and cook until all the water evaporates.
Cover with a lid for 10 minutes and serve.
