If you prefer proven classics, you definitely need this vanilla cottage cheese casserole. There is not a single extra ingredient in it! It is also prepared for convenience in a slow cooker, not in the oven.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add sour cream and cottage cheese, and mix. Then add the flour and mix again.
Put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker and cook for 45 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
