Cauliflower is a wonderful side dish for baked fish. It is light, dietary, delicious and very harmoniously combined with hake. I tell you how to cook it all in the oven, how to choose the temperature and how long it will take. When serving, add some greens or chopped green onions.
Ingredients
- Hake - 4 pieces
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cream - 200 ml
- Turmeric - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (for fish) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the hake with spices and put it in a mold.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and arrange them around. Add cherry.
Sprinkle everything with turmeric and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake the fish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
