The easiest way to cook pork ribs is to fry them in a frying pan. Both the grill and the usual non-stick will do. The recipe itself is so simple and fast that any beginner can handle it. Very little time – and a wonderful hot dish is ready.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Water - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and dry the ribs.
Fry them in oil until browned in one layer for about 15 minutes, turning them over periodically.
Add garlic and spices, and after another minute pour in some hot water.
Bring the ribs to readiness under the lid on low heat for another half hour.
