Fragrant, hearty and very tasty forest mushrooms will be appreciated even by demanding gourmets. But you need to be able to cook them, because they are still different from the usual champignons. I tell you how to make them in pots with new potatoes.
Ingredients
- Forest mushrooms - 300 g
- Young potatoes - 400 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Mushroom broth - 300 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the washed mushrooms with water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Leave the broth.
Cut the new potatoes into large pieces and put them in pots.
Randomly chop the mushrooms and lightly fry. Send them to the pots.
Add spices, garlic and chopped rosemary.
Pour all the mushroom broth and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees.
