Goulash is good for everyone, except that it needs to be tormented for a long time. But I suggest to make it easier and send it to the oven in pots! And then nothing needs to be constantly monitored and nothing needs to be periodically mixed.

Coarsely chop the beef, chop the onion and celery and fry them in olive oil.

Add flour, mix thoroughly and fry for a couple more minutes.

Send the billet to the pots, pour in the broth and bake for 2 hours at 150 degrees.

Randomly chop the remaining ingredients, arrange them in pots. Arrange the spices in the same way.

Bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
