- Beef - 1 kg
- Meat broth - 500 ml
- Celery - 2 stems
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Flour - 100 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Paprika - 4 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Allspice - 8 peas
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the beef, chop the onion and celery and fry them in olive oil.
Add flour, mix thoroughly and fry for a couple more minutes.
Send the billet to the pots, pour in the broth and bake for 2 hours at 150 degrees.
Randomly chop the remaining ingredients, arrange them in pots. Arrange the spices in the same way.
Bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
