No special experience is needed for this recipe, even an inexperienced cook can easily cope with the task. It's very simple: prepare the necessary ingredients and follow the steps sequentially. I tell you how to cook dough and icing sugar.

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 400 g
  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • Milk (bold) – 180 ml
  • Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife
  • Vegetable oil - 350 ml
For glaze:
  • Egg whites - 2 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix warm milk, honey, yeast and a couple of spoonfuls of flour. Remove the workpiece for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Sift flour twice, add sourdough, baking powder, salt and knead the dough.

Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.

Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick, shape donuts.

Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.

Beat the cooled whites with powdered sugar until sharp peaks.

Add lemon juice and beat on a high speed mixer for another 2 minutes.

Pour the prepared glaze over the cooled donuts. You can also decorate them with confectionery sprinkles, chopped nuts or coconut shavings.
