Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, honey, yeast and a couple of spoonfuls of flour. Remove the workpiece for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Sift flour twice, add sourdough, baking powder, salt and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick, shape donuts.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
Beat the cooled whites with powdered sugar until sharp peaks.
Add lemon juice and beat on a high speed mixer for another 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared glaze over the cooled donuts. You can also decorate them with confectionery sprinkles, chopped nuts or coconut shavings.
