For the dough:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 300 ml
- Water - 300 ml
- Flour - 800 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
For filling:
- Minced meat - 1 kg
- Butter - 100 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the minced meat, finely chopped onion, grated butter, chopped herbs and spices.
Mix separate dry and liquid ingredients for the dough.
Knead a homogeneous elastic dough and leave it in the heat for 40 minutes.
Divide it into pieces and roll it into thin cakes.
Put minced meat on each tortilla, roll it into a bag and roll it out again to 1-1.5 cm.
Bake khachapuri in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
