Not all children eat dairy products. So mine are no exception, cottage cheese is ideal for them only in combination with "cottage cheese croissants with tea". I share with you a recipe where the tender curd dough just melts in your mouth after cooking.

Mix together and whisk cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, softened butter, vanilla sugar and egg with a blender.

Mix flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt.

Add flour to the liquid mass in portions, mix. Knead the dough. If the dough turned out to be runny, then you can add more flour, the main thing is not to overdo it so that the dough does not become heavy.

Cover the dough with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Take out and roll out the dough into a circle, cut into strips. You can use the filling, you can simply form croissants from the strips. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.

When serving, cottage cheese croissants can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
