Try to cook tomatoes with apple cider vinegar at least once for the winter. With such an additive, they turn out to be less acidic. And it is also believed that apple cider vinegar has a higher nutritional value than alcohol, because it is prepared from natural ingredients.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pierce tomatoes with a needle in several places.

Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large pieces.

Put dill, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes in jars.

Pour boiling water to the top and leave for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil again. Add sugar, salt and apple cider vinegar.

Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a warm blanket.
