Ingredients
For cakes:
- Sour cream - 400 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Flour - 640 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 600 g
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the butter with sugar, and add soda to the sour cream.
Mix both masses and gradually add flour.
Divide the dough in half and bake each cake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
When the cakes are cool, cut them in two more.
Beat sour cream, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar with a mixer.
Smear the cakes and leave the sour cream to soak.
