Fragrant dessert will appeal not only to citrus lovers. The cake for him is prepared according to the principle of a cupcake: in butter and kefir. I pour orange icing on top of the cake. You can also add your favorite cream or chocolate topping.

- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Kefir - 120 ml
- Flour - 300 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Orange peel - 0,5 tsp.
- Orange (medium) – 3 pieces
- Sugar - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add warm kefir, soft butter and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, zest and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Cover the mold with baking paper, lay out the dough and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Check readiness by piercing the cake with a wooden skewer.
Peel the oranges, white them with a film and grind them in a blender.
Mix the orange mass with sugar and put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Boil over low heat to the desired density.
Put the finished cake on a plate, pour orange glaze and decorate with orange slices.
