- Cookies - 230 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Orange peel - 2 art.l.
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the butter with cookies and tamp the base into a mold.
Whisk the remaining ingredients with an immersion blender for 10 minutes.
Pour the curd mass onto the base.
Put the cheesecake mold on a baking sheet with water and bake it for an hour in the oven at 160 degrees.
Leave it in the oven slightly open, turned off for another 40 minutes and let it cool.
