I present to your attention the original version of the popular dessert. Tiramisu with mango can be cooked at any time of the year, because now the shops are full of exotic fruits. The main thing is to choose the ripest and juiciest among them, because the final result directly depends on this.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 12 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Mascarpone - 350 g
- Mango (ripe) – 2 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
- Coffee (espresso) – 200 ml
- Rum - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Rub the yolks with sugar until white.
Whisk the whites with citric acid until sharp peaks.
Mix the protein mass with the crushed yolks and mascarpone.
Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the bone.
Chop part of it in a blender, cut the rest and set aside for decoration.
In a wide cup, mix coffee with rum.
Put a little mango puree on the bottom of the prepared glasses.
Dip the cookies in fragrant coffee and put them on top of the mango layer.
Add some cream.
Put mango puree, coffee-soaked cookies and a layer of cream again. Repeat the steps until the glasses are full.
Put a layer of cream on top, garnish with mango slices and sprinkle with cocoa.
