- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Gelatin - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and put the base in the mold.
Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions.
Whisk the remaining ingredients until smooth, add gelatin and whisk again.
Pour the filling onto the base and tighten the cheesecake with a film.
Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
