I love desserts, which at first glance seem very unusual, but at the same time are quite simple and easy to prepare. Truffle sour cream is just such a dessert. You won't need any special culinary skills, and a piece of ready-made cake for tea just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Baking soda (slaked) – 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 1.5 glasses
- Cocoa - 100 g
For cream:
- Butter - 200 g
- Condensed milk - 0.5 glasses
- Cocoa - 100 g
For glaze:
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the egg with sugar. Add sour cream and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix the dough.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
Let it cool on the grill and cut into 2-3 cakes.
Beat the soft butter, condensed milk and cocoa for the cream with a mixer.
Smear the cakes and collect the sour cream.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze, heat a little on the stove until smooth and lubricate the sour cream.
