Please your family with a delicious treat — bake a Napoleon cake with custard. The recipe is simple, but still requires some culinary skills. For example, in order to brew cream or knead dough, you will need some skill.

Grate cold margarine on a coarse grater or chop with a knife.

Pour in the sifted flour and rub with your hands until crumbs form.

Separately whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt and sugar.

Pour the resulting liquid into a bowl with flour and knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 10 parts, sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take one piece out of the refrigerator, roll out a thin cake and bake for 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.

Choose one cake and grind it to a fine crumb.

In 150 ml of milk, stir the flour until smooth.

Mix the remaining milk with sugar, vanilla and bring to a boil.

Continuously stirring, pour in a thin stream of milk-flour mixture. Cook for 4 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and cool at room temperature.

Add softened butter and beat with a mixer until thickened.

Assemble the cake on a wide platter, generously smearing each cake with cream.

Brush with cream on top and sprinkle with prepared crumbs. Before serving, the cake should soak for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
