Ingredients
- Condensed milk (dietary) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Coconut flour - 240 g
- Coconut milk (cream) – 500 ml
- Sugar substitute - 10-15 g
- Baking powder dough - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat condensed milk with eggs until smooth.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Pour the dough on the parchment in a thin layer and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
Cut the same cakes.
Whisk coconut cream with sweetener to taste.
Smear the cakes with cream and assemble the cake.
