The easiest way to make a homemade cake without baking is to make it from cookies. And if you manage to buy lean cookies, then the cake can also be made lean. There are many different options here, but today I will share with you my favorite one.
Ingredients
- Dried apricots - 1 glass
- Oat flakes - 0.5 cups
- Cookies (baby) – 1 glass
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 20 g
- Applesauce - 200 g
- Water - 120 ml
- Agar-agar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop nuts, dried apricots and oat flakes separately in a blender.
Mix with the cookies and tamp the mass on the bottom of the mold as the base of the cake. Put it in the refrigerator.
Dilute the agar in water according to the instructions.
Mix applesauce, chopped bananas and cocoa in a blender.
Add the agar and whisk everything together for a couple of minutes.
Pour the mixture onto the cookie base and send the cake to freeze in the refrigerator.
