Ingredients
- Cream (33%) – 200 ml
- Condensed milk - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cold cream with a mixer until thickened.
Continuing to beat, add condensed milk.
Whisk for another 2-3 minutes and pour the mass into the creamers or molds.
Put the ice cream in the freezer until it hardens.
