Chocolate desserts come first in my family. No matter how much I cook them, there will always be a little. Chocolate brownies are eaten especially quickly. Delicious cake with icing is prepared very simply. I share a proven recipe.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- Bitter chocolate - 200 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 100 g
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.l.
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.

Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Add sugar, salt, cocoa and lightly beaten eggs.
Add baking powder, flour and mix well.
Put the dough in a form lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
In a small saucepan, mix sugar with cocoa, add milk and soft butter.
Bring the mass to a boil over low heat, stirring continuously.
Put the brownies on the cake pan and pour the chocolate icing on top. Before serving, leave the cake to soak for 3-4 hours.
