Ingredients
- Almond flour - 80 g
- Coconut flour - 70 g
- Butter - 350 g
- Sugar substitute (erythritol) – 175 7
- Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp.
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cream (33%) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat a spoonful of oil and fry coconut flour with half the sweetener on it, stirring.
Repeat the same separately with almond flour.
Mix coconut crumbs with cocoa.
Soften the remaining butter and whisk with cream and vanilla. You can add another sweetener.
Lay out layers of both types of crumbs and cream in a mold or in serving glasses.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
