Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 7 pieces
- Flour - 350 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 10 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1 glass
- Butter - 250 g
- Milk chocolate - 100 g
- Bitter chocolate - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Separately mix the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
Mix the dry billet and the beaten eggs.
Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the finished biscuit on the grill and cut into three identical cakes.
Melt milk chocolate and 100 g of bitter in a water bath.
Add butter, cream and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with chocolate cream.
Grate the remaining bitter chocolate and sprinkle the cake on top.
