For cakes:
- Flour - 160 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cocoa - 55 g
- Brown Sugar - 170 g
- Butter - 180 g
- Bitter chocolate - 80 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 150 g
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
Melt the butter and chocolate separately.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add them to the chocolate mixture and whisk again.
Gradually add the dry mixture and mix.
At the end, add sour cream and mix again.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let the sponge cake cool and cut into cakes.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Smear the cakes, collect the sour cream and send it to the refrigerator.
