If you like simple, but delicious and spectacular homemade cakes – this recipe is for you. Royal sour cream is good for tea for every day, and just as good for a festive table for family and friends. At the same time, it is prepared quite simply.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3 glasses
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Sour cream - 3 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking soda - 1.5 tsp.
- Raisins - 1 glass
- Walnuts - 1 glass
- Mac - 1 glass
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 300 g
- Condensed milk - 2 banks
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add the sifted flour.
Extinguish the soda in sour cream and add sour cream to the dough.
Mix everything thoroughly and divide into 3 parts.
Add poppy seeds to one part, raisins to the second, and chopped nuts and cocoa to the third. You can take other supplements.
Bake three cakes separately in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the cakes cool on the grill. Cut off the bumps. You can use them later when decorating for sprinkling.
Beat the soft butter with condensed milk.
Smear the sour cream cakes with cream, assemble the cake and smear with cream again.
Decorate the sour cream to taste.
