Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 500 ml
- Milk - 240 ml
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 drop
- Water - 90 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill gelatin with cold water and leave for 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
Warm up the mass, but do not bring it to a boil. Ideally, measure the temperature, it should not rise above 90 degrees.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the swollen gelatin and mix until smooth.
Pour the workpiece into special molds, cool at room temperature and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Ready-made panna cotta can be decorated with berries, fruits and mint leaves.
