Alcoholic ice cream is an extraordinary find when you want to experiment. The easiest way is to make it from wine. I tried several different recipes, chose the most successful one, tweaked it a little, and today I want to share the result with you.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the wine with a spoonful of sugar until jelly-like, stirring.
Whisk the yolks and the remaining sugar until fluffy. Mix it with wine.
Heat the cream without bringing it to a boil. Pour into the yolks in a thin stream, stirring.
Boil the workpiece for 8-10 minutes on low heat, continuing to stir and not bringing to a boil.
Put it in a container, put it in the refrigerator until it cools down, and then send the ice cream to the freezer.
