- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Almond flour - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 25 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or mash it well with a fork.
Add the egg and sugar, and mix until smooth.
Add salt and almond flour.
Knead the dough again, form the cheesecakes and fry on both sides in a small amount of oil.
