Cooking cheesecake in the oven is much easier than it seems. And don't worry, it will be a cheesecake, not just a cottage cheese casserole. Today I want to share with you one of my favorite nut recipes for all occasions.
Ingredients
- Butter - 110 g
- Brown Sugar - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Almond flour - 50 g
- Flour - 190 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Nut paste - 100 g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat soft butter with sugar with a mixer.
Add the eggs individually, continuing to beat.
Add salt and vanilla, and then - sifted flour with baking powder.
Add the nut flour, knead the dough and leave it in the refrigerator under the film for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough in a layer and put the bottom and sides into the mold.
Cover with parchment, cover with peas or beans, and bake the base for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Whisk all the ingredients for the filling in a blender and pour on the base.
Bake the cheesecake for about an hour at 160 degrees, and let it cool for another hour in the oven turned off slightly open.
