Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Rice flour - 4 art.l.
- Sugar substitute - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients until smooth and pasty.
Form small cheesecakes. If they are dense enough, you can even no longer roll them in flour.
Fry them in a frying pan in a minimum amount of oil over medium heat on both sides.
