Peel the peaches and grind in a blender with lemon juice.

Heat the cream almost to a boil.

Whisk the yolks with sugar into a foam, pour in the hot cream and mix.

Boil everything over low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Add the peach mixture to the creamy mass, mix again and send it to the freezer.

Stir the ice cream every half hour until it finally solidifies.
